Eight from Fulda, Bound for the Philippines
An eight-person team from two Fulda hospitals is preparing the next four-week mission.
An eight-person team from Herz-Jesu-Krankenhaus and Klinikum Fulda is preparing the next mission: spring 2027, four weeks, and up to 150 patients.
The full team is expected to include 15 to 17 people. The mission costs around €60,000. Team members cover their own flights and vacation time.
Dr. Andreas Grimme is joining for the sixth time. Surgical nurse Roman Schön: “It is fulfilling a life’s dream.”
