Current status
After a severe earthquake in the partner region, the organization provided €2,500 in emergency support through local contacts in October 2025. That same month, Christian Motsch held initial talks with potential partner hospitals on site.
Next step
The team is due to operate on Mindanao in spring 2027 — the organization's next mission to the Philippines. Around €60,000 is needed for supplies, medication, and local training; team members cover their own flights and vacation time. Planning is under way; more information will follow here.
