Fifty boxes for Mindanao

Members from Saarland and Fulda packed around 50 boxes of instruments and consumables in a single Saturday. They travel ahead of the team to Cagayan de Oro.

The day before the charity match in Langenbieber, on 10 October 2026, members from Saarland and from Fulda packed around 50 boxes in a warehouse in Saarland. A whole Saturday, from morning until evening.

In the morning, empty cartons stood between the shelves, alongside the supplies that had accumulated over months: instruments, consumables, packaging. Everything was checked, sorted, counted, wrapped in plastic and packed into boxes. Every box was taped shut and labelled so that it can be found again at the destination.

By evening, the boxes stood on pallets, shrink-wrapped and ready for shipping. They now travel ahead, so that the supplies are in Cagayan de Oro when the team lands in spring 2027.

This is the invisible part of a mission. Without the boxes there is no day in the operating room. Thank you to everyone who packed, carried, counted and labelled.

The next step

The next mission starts with you.

A donation, a membership, or your time: every contribution becomes surgery, safe anesthesia, and training on the ground.
